Here we are again. Back to the most wonderful time of the year. I don’t know about yall, but I consider Thanksgiving to basically be the kick off of the holiday season. I am hoping given everything that has happened this year that many people will decorate and bring some joy back into our lives.
I have created this post to be a resource for those in the Memphis area to see the best Christmas light displays in town. If you have decorated and would like to be added to the list or have passed by a display worth adding, please send me a DM on the Memphis Christmas Lights Facebook page.
This post will be updated as I come across displays or they are submitted to me.

I would love for folks to know about my house. Lots of lights and 17 hand-painted characters in the front and side yards. First time to do a display since we were regulars in the late 80s and earlier 90s.

I was hoping my display would be worthy to add to your list. 6571 Swarthmore Drive at Sulgrave in East Memphis. 242 strands of lights and 17 hand-painted characters in the yard. Fundraiser for our two Alzheimer’s day centers in Memphis for those interested. Posting here again just in case. People still don’t know I exist. And it’s pretty magical. 3X winner of Commercial Appeal Holiday Lights Contest back in late 80s and early 90s when our son was a boy. First display in 20 years.
